Cushioncraft.com ships FedEx, UPS, and DHL, so we will need a street address, not a PO box for shipping.

Delivery Time
When you place an order with Cushioncraft.com, your delivery time will vary depending on the items that you order. Umbrellas usually ship within 7-10 days, and are shipped separately. Custom Cushions are usually shipped within 1-2 week.

Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days. Due to the custom nature of our items there will be a 30% restocking fee for all returned items. Cushioncraft.com is not responsible for errors in your measurements. To return an item, contact us for a return authorization number.
