Sunbrella® Furniture Fabrics
All of our fabrics come with the best-limited warranties
in the business.
Please note, our warranty policy is valid only if the accompanying
certificate is completed and mailed within 10 days of installation/purchase.
In terms of state laws, this warranty gives you specific
legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary from
state to state.
This limited warranty covers fabric that has become
unserviceable because of loss of color or strength from normal exposure
conditions, including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals.
Sunbrella furniture fabrics come with a three-year
limited warranty effective from the date of purchase. And in the
event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply
new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable.
To get service, contact Cushioncraft.com so we can inspect the fabric.
We will in turn, contact Sunbrella® and secure replacement fabric
for you.

is submitted.
2-Year Limited Warranty for Sunbrella® Comfort Sling®
Fabrics
All of our fabrics come with the best-limited warranties
in the business.

This limited warranty covers fabric that has become

Comfort Sling® furniture fabrics come with a two-year
limited warranty effective from the date of purchase. And in the
event that something happens to your fabric, Glen Raven will supply
new fabric, free, to replace the fabric that has become unserviceable.
To get service, call the dealer from whom you purchased
the product to inspect the fabric. Or you can call another Sunbrella
dealer listed in your local directory. The dealer will in turn,
contact Glen Raven and secure replacement fabric for you.

5-Year Limited Warranty for Sunbrella® Graphics System
Imprinting
For Glen Raven Acrylics and 3M™ Scotchcal™
ElectroCut™ Graphic film, applied with the Sunbrella Graphics
System (SGS) Machine, by Certified Sunbrella Graphics System Manufacturers
The Sunbrella Graphics System Warranty is only valid
when the Sunbrella Graphic System registration is submitted to Glen
Raven within 10 days of the installation date. The SGS warranty
is exclusively available to Certified SGS Manufacturers. Registration
of each SGS decorated project is required to maintain the status
of a recommended and Certified SGS Manufacturer.
What is covered? The warranty covers the Glen Raven
acrylic fabrics1, and 3M™ Scotchcal™ ElectroCut™
Graphic film from becoming unserviceable because of loss of color,
strength, or adhesion of film to fabric from normal exposure conditions,
including sunlight, mildew, rot, and atmospheric chemicals. Graphics
must be installed on a static fabric surface in order for the graphics
adhesion warranty to apply. Glen Raven acrylic fabrics are covered
for five years. 3M™ Scotchcal™ film series 7725, 7125,
220, and 225 are covered for 5 years for vertical exposure, and
3 years for non-vertical exposure in most of the United States and
Canada, and three years for vertical and two years for non-vertical
exposure in the Desert Southwest2.
The Sunbrella Graphics System warranty runs for five
years from the date of original installation.
Warranty claims can be initiated by calling the Glen
Raven service desk at 1.800.788.4413.
Glen Raven will supply you with your replacement fabric
and film after verification that the claim is justified.
This warranty does not cover frames, labor, or installation
provided by the manufacturer.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and
you may also have other rights that vary state to state.
Glen Raven makes no warranty of fitness for any particular
purposes whatsoever with respects to the goods being sold.
There are no warranties, express or implied, which
extend beyond the description on the face of this agreement.
Cushioncraft.com 1 Year Product Warranty
Cushioncraft.com Umbrellas and Cushions are
guaranteed for one full year to be free from defects in original
material and workmanship. This guarantee includes the following:
frame, crank, tilt mechanism, housing, rib cleats, valance clamps,
cap, zipper, stuffing and fabric cover. This guarantee does not
cover the following: product failure caused by unreasonable use
and/or care or acts of nature (ie. wind storm damage). If a defect
in original material or workmanship does occur during the warranty
period, Cushioncraft.com will repair or replace at its discretion,
the product without charge. If a problem occurs after the warranty
period, you may request a repair or replacement quote upon inspection
of the damage. Freight charges both ways will be your responsibility
after the warranty period.
