How does it work?
The Sunbrella® Graphics System is an innovative process that makes applying graphics to Sunbrella® fabrics easy. First, Sunbrella® fabrics are placed inside the unit on a flat surface. Then 3M graphic film is positioned on top of the fabric. After the top of the unit is secured, the vacuum system pulls the fabric and film tightly together while heat lamps create a tight bond between them. The consistent, automated controls eliminate guesswork and assure high quality results every time. Plus, this revolutionary, cost-effective process allows us to create repeatable, multi-color graphics, striping and logo displays quickly with no minimum fabric requirement.
